Praise the Lord, we are moving to phase 3 of our re-opening plan. That means we will be worshiping together back in our building starting Sunday, June 14th! Our services will be at 9am and 11am. We would love to have you join us!

Ways to Connect at FBC Sparta! 


  • First Worship

    First Worship exists to make multigenerational worshiping disciples. The First Worship Choir and Band lead the musical portion of our weekly worship gatherings at FBC. We believe that God loves the unique adoration of His people both individually and corporately. You will find that we sing new and old songs in a variety of styles, but all of them focus our hearts on Jesus. If you sing or play an instrument, we'd love to introduce you to this family of worshipers at a weekly rehearsal, soon. 

  • Kids ministry (pre-k to grade 5)

    We are all about families at FBC Sparta! Our kids classes and events are designed to support families as they disciple their children to live for Jesus. You can rest assured that all of our kids activities are well staffed, safe, and Gospel-centered. We hope to meet you and your little one soon! 


    According to Ephesians 4:12, we are also commanded to “equip the saints to do the work of the ministry.” The Bible makes clear that parents are to be the primary faith influencers in children’s lives. The church is called to partner with the parents and families to equip them and take responsibility for those children that don’t have this influence at home. Because of this, we want to give parents the tools that they need to cultivate Christ in the lives of their children. We desire to walk side by side with parents in this process to produce dedicated followers of Jesus Christ. In short, our desire is to teach kids about Jesus and equip parents to establish them in the faith. Learn more here. 


  • Student ministry (grades 6-12)

    Our mission at FBC Students is to make disciples by helping students connect to God, His people, and His mission. Everything we do is centered around KNOWING Christ, building COMMUNITY with each other, and LIVING on mission to make Jesus known to others. 


    Join us on Wednesday @ 6pm for Student Connect and Sunday @ 5:30pm for Student Equip.  



  • Small group bible studies

    We believe growth best happens in the context of community. Our Small Group Bible Study (Sunday School) classes aim to help you study the bible in a community of believers. Join us for deep study, genuine discussion, and meaningful discipleship relationships. 


    We have classes for all ages – babies through senior adults. As you arrive, a door greeter will gladly lead you to the Welcome Desk, where someone would be happy to help you find the right class for you and your family! Sunday School is from 9:15 AM—10:15 AM.
